The challenge
A retail chain scaling past 50 stores can't run on spreadsheets and disconnected tools. The chain needed one system that could keep real-time, batch-level stock accurate across dozens of warehouses (critical for perishables with expiry dates), move inventory cleanly between stores, run a fast checkout that never blocks a queue, control money and risk end to end, turn sales velocity into automatic replenishment, and stay GST-compliant - all while giving head office a live view of every store. Off-the-shelf retail software couldn't handle that depth or bend to how the chain actually operates.

A custom, warehouse-centric retail ERP - 11 integrated modules on one data model, every figure scoped to its store.

Results
223,908 active SKUs managed with batch- and expiry-level accuracy, and 1,565 suppliers transacting through a controlled procure-to-pay cycle - roughly a year in production with no major outage.
